Mission

ATBA is a university - community – private sector partnership that provides early stage technology companies with the enabling tools, advice, training, and infrastructure resources to create financially stable high growth enterprises, thus stimulating their formation.

Goals

• Leverage research, technology and business assets and resources in Fairbanks and the Interior Region of Alaska
• Facilitate smarter, faster start-up and growth of emerging technology companies so those companies will become financially successful, high growth companies in the community and do so sooner
• Through interface between start-up companies and UAF business students, accelerate growth, maturity and preparedness for assisting, guiding or starting new businesses
• Create new business environment that stimulates and supports a broad interest in business start-ups in high value sectors of the economy and the creation of such jobs in Fairbanks and Interior Alaska.
