Natural Gas

Fairbanks is strategically positioned in the Interior of Alaska. The process of the natural gas pipeline (NGP) development is an issue of not only significant magnitude to Alaska, but significant magnitude to the world energy market. This project poses several crucial questions to the Fairbanks community. We must address those impacts to help insure that our community can maximize the benefits of the impacts and avoid potential pitfalls. 

It is FEDC’s goal to assist a concerned community member to learn as much as possible of the NGP  process and its impact. We strive to  assist in finding solutions and opportunities for our future. The Future is created in the present.
