o Working Group titles and foci have yet to be fully solidified, specifically regarding “alternative” & “distributed” generation. Also, large gaps in Group memberships/participants remain and will need to be filled by Group Chairpersons. Finally, “industry experts” – those who may have detailed information regarding infrastructural capabilities &/or needs – will need to be contacted by Chairman or Group Chairs.
