Chefs at the Market

Chef at the Market is a grant program sponsored by the Department of Agriculture. CATM's first goal is to raise awareness among chefs and culinarians of the wide variety of farm fresh produce available in the Interior. The program's second goal is to teach the community how to prepare Alaska Grown vegetables by bringing the chefs to farmers' markets where they demonstrate simple and delicious recipes.
